DENTAL LABORATORY CO-HOSTS DENTAL ENDODONTIC COURSE
Oakland, OR February 8, 2008 - “How to Increase Your Overall Production with Enhanced Endodontic Procedures”, was the subject of a continuing education course recently held in Creswell, Oregon. Over 30 participants received instruction in the morning and participated in the hands on execution of the techniques in the afternoon.
Crown Works Dental Laboratory, an Oregon based dental lab joined with Brasseler USA to co-host this dental clinic to provide each dentist participant the opportunity to earn 6 hours of continuing education credits. Brasseler is the leading manufacturer of rheostat-free hand pieces and high quality files and burrs. They provided the equipment and instrumentation for the hands on portion of this course.
Dr Kenneth Koch DMD of Real World Endo presented and guided the seminar participants through the profitability of and indications for including high quality Endodontic services in the general dentist office. Dr Kochreceived both his DMD and Certificate in Endodontics from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. He is the founder and past Director of the New Program in Postdoctoral Endodontics at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine. Prior to his Endodontic career, Dr Koch spent ten years in the Air Force and held, among various positions, that of Chief of Prosthodontics at Osan AFB and Chief of Prosthodontics at McGuire AFB. In addition to having maintained a private practice, limited to Endodontics, Dr Koch has lectured extensively in both the United States and abroad. He is also the author of numerous articles on Endodontics. Dr Koch is co-founder of Real World Endo.
